Night of the ArtsStudents from the Cooking Club and CMS Foods classes worked hard to prepare hundreds of samples of six different types of food for the guests attending the Night of the Arts and provide beverages for all. The menu included savory dishes such as pepperoni and spinach breads and lemon garlic hummus with homemade pita chips. Student chefs also worked hard to prepare a great selection of sweets including mini cheesecakes, chocolate crinkle cookies, vanilla pastries and granola treats.  This was the first time Culinary Arts was represented at the event and it was a huge success. Student chefs are already planning the menu for next year!
